Great authentic food at a reasonable price! This location was recently renovated and transitioned to a new owner i believe. The improvement in cleanliness and taste is night and day.

We were in the area, decided to give them a try based on their higher than average rating.
The Chinese broccoli with garlic, eggplant with shrimp (dim sum) and poached chicken with ginger and onion were cooked to perfection. Loved the ginger and onion on top the chicken-nice presentation.
The rice noddle hot pot with spareribs had too much sauce, too sweet.
And I don't like their form of form of to-go boxes (styrofoam).
Polystyrene foam contains likely cancer-causing chemicals that can leach into the hot food they hold, making them dangerous to consumers.
New York City already ban on single-use styrofoam products effected on 1/1/2019. Many restaurants in Seattle have stop using foam and changing to paper take out containers because they care for their consumers health and our environment! I hope someday soon Washington will ban on single-use styrofoam products. -

This place is Bothell's hidden gem. I was hoppin' out of my seat when we showed up at 9PM (YES, THE EVENING) and there was dimsum still being served.
The good:
-shumai
-rice wrapped shrimp roll thingy lol
-sticky rice
-shrimp wrapped in the crunchy wonton stuff
-pan fried rice noodle rolls with spare rib (on the menu, not dimsum)
-the sweet yolk bun they have at the front, those are dangerously addicting
The eh:
-black bean spare ribs kind of tasted.....expired
-chow mein house special-not too flavorful....I've had better elsewhere
A great place overall! Would love to come back to try more dishes. -

Ordered for delivery
They stacked the small appetizer boxes on the bottom.
The heaviest sauce covered food on the top.
Driver had to deal with a terrible spill.
Chicken was more breading than chicken.
Flavors were good but clearly full of sugar, but texture due to excessive breading was poor.
Will not order hear again. -

So thrilled to discover this place near me! The place is small so there is not much room for the servers to push the dim sum carts around. I really liked the turnip cake which had the right ratio of turnip to flour. The shrimp dumpling tasted fresh. The Singapore rice noodle had more veggies than usual which is fine with me. Will definitely be back!
